gk2w Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Rights, and Obligations for Bangladesh Players

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Player" refers to any individual who has registered a gk2w account and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player upon completing the gk2w registration process.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds held within a Player's gk2w Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or any other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player under a gk2w promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it may be converted into withdrawable Balance.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by gk2w to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the gk2w Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by gk2w — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and speciality games — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earliest of: (a) clicking "I agree" or any equivalent acceptance mechanism during registration; (b) completing the registration process; or (c) using any feature of the Platform that requires an Account.

These Terms are supplemented by gk2w's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. 3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Any Account found to have been registered by or for a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible.

3.2 Single Account

Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on gk2w. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice, and any Balance or Bonus Funds held across those Accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Personal Use

The gk2w Account must be used solely for the Player's personal entertainment. Commercial use, operation on behalf of third parties, and the acceptance of funds from third parties for the purpose of wagering on their behalf are all prohibited.

3.4 Geographic Scope

gk2w primarily serves Players located in Bangladesh. Players are personally responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. gk2w makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside those it explicitly supports. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited do so at their own legal risk, and gk2w accepts no liability in this regard.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. gk2w reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

gk2w may at any time — including before processing a withdrawal — require a Player to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents: national identification card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or other government-issued documentation. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by gk2w may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. gk2w will never request your password through any communication channel. You must notify gk2w support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. gk2w shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their own credentials.

4.4 Account Accuracy

Players must keep their Account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to personal details must be communicated to gk2w support promptly. gk2w reserves the right to suspend an Account where information is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or inconsistent with KYC documentation.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gk2w accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at gk2w's discretion with reasonable notice to Players where practicable.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour, weekly, and monthly period, as published in the Cashier section of the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Currency

All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits made in alternative currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant payment processor, which may differ from published interbank rates. gk2w accepts no liability for currency conversion losses.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Players may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source account and any winnings generated from those funds will be forfeited.

5.5 Deposit Fees

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and, where technically feasible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit. The Account must have a completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request is approved.

6.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 2–4 hours of approval, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. gk2w will communicate any delay to the Player within 24 hours BST of the original request.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Where a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the Wagering Requirement, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon processing of the withdrawal.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus provisions of this Section 7 shall apply.

7.2 Standard Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30× (thirty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or bonus-generated winnings may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements — live casino table games and video poker typically contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

gk2w employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting gaps in promotion mechanics unintended by gk2w; coordinating with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and placing low-risk or hedged wagers with the primary intention of converting bonus funds to cash rather than genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, gk2w reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

7.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions on gk2w are available to eligible registered Players unless stated otherwise. gk2w reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before a material change is made will not be retroactively disadvantaged by that change without reasonable notice.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and binding once the Platform has confirmed the transaction and the Player has received a bet confirmation reference. gk2w does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been confirmed, except where gk2w has determined that an obvious error in odds has occurred.

8.2 Obvious Errors

Where gk2w publishes odds that contain a manifest or obvious error — including mispriced markets, inverted selections, or clearly incorrect line values — gk2w reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Player Accounts. In such cases, no winnings will be paid based on the erroneous odds, and gk2w's determination of what constitutes an obvious error is final.

8.3 Match Abandonment and Postponement

For cricket and other sports markets, gk2w's settlement rules for abandoned, postponed, or interrupted events are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. As a general principle, where an event does not reach its natural conclusion within a reasonable period, bets may be voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined or a specific market settlement rule applies.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all sports markets and are published in the Sports Betting Rules. Accumulator bets are subject to additional limits. gk2w reserves the right to limit bet acceptance or maximum stake on any market at any time without notice.

9 Casino Game Rules

9.1 Random Number Generation

9.4 Disconnection Policy

Where a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, gk2w will attempt to complete the round in accordance with standard game logic. Players who experience persistent connectivity issues should ensure their internet connection is stable before placing real-money wagers. gk2w accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's network or device failure.

10 Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct in connection with the gk2w Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other Players in any game, betting market, or promotional activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether intentionally or unintentionally — and failing to report such issues to gk2w support.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with gk2w.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gk2w staff members or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or obtain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's software, data, or infrastructure.
• Using a VPN or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions applied by gk2w.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.

Violations of this Section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral of account activity to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law.

11 Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting gk2w support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, gk2w will process any pending withdrawals of genuine Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) within the standard processing timeline and then deactivate the Account. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons will not be reopened for a minimum period specified by the Player at the time of closure.

11.2 Closure by gk2w

gk2w reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that: the Player has violated these Terms; fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred; the Account poses an unacceptable risk or regulatory concern; or the Platform is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or authority order. In cases of closure due to verified breach of these Terms, gk2w may forfeit some or all of the Account Balance.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. gk2w will notify the registered email address before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 or the remaining Account Balance (whichever is lower) to recover administrative costs. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by logging in, at which point dormancy fees will cease.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Limitation of Liability

Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability, gk2w's liability shall be limited to the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
